02 General & legal bases
We process personal data only where this is permitted by law. Processing is generally based on Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual/contractual measures), Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a secure, functional website) or Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR (consent), as set out in the sections below.
03 Hosting & server log files
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, acting as our processor under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
When you access the site, the server automatically records technical data in log files: IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, the referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This is necessary for the secure and stable operation of the site (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted or anonymised after a short retention period.
04 Contact by e-mail
If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, message content) is processed solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.
05 YouTube videos
We embed videos using YouTube in extended privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com), operated by Google Ireland Limited. No cookies are set and no data is sent to Google until you actively start a video. When you play a video, Google may process your IP address and device data; for details see Google's privacy policy. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (appealing presentation of our content).
06 External links & social media
Our site contains links to external sites (e.g. Instagram, partner websites). We have no influence over the data processing of these providers. Processing of your data by the linked provider only begins once you follow the link; please refer to the respective provider's privacy policy.
07 Local storage
To remember your chosen interface language, we store a single technical value in your browser's local storage. This is strictly necessary for the requested functionality (§ 25 (2) TTDSG) and contains no personal data. No tracking or analytics cookies are used.
08 Your rights
You have the right to information (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
